feat: add evidence-bound compiled user profile - #191

Outcome

Adds a zero-curation compiled user profile as a disposable projection of sanitized transcript evidence. SQLite retains exact support lineage; GLM map/reduce output is strictly validated; SessionStart injection and weekly scheduling are opt-in.

Safety

• Feature off by default (MEMORYMASTER_COMPILED_PROFILE=1 enables scheduling)
• Two independent sessions required for new/replacement facts
• Sensitive, malformed, unknown-support, and instruction-shaped output fails closed
• No live provider run or activation in this PR

Verification

• 15 focused engine/surface/scheduler tests passed
• 18 migration-framework tests passed
• Ruff passed for all memorymaster/
• Clean wheel built and contains migration/profile modules
• GitNexus change impact: low risk, no affected existing flows
